I Am In Awe

...and not in a good way.

What in the hell does the city of Augusta need to be in the drag racing business (registration required) for?

I know that there are rednecks out there who will see this as the anti-Master's tournament. I can just hear them now, "Hell, dem folks got that high falutin' golf thang...now we got us a dragster thang! You know, a celebration for the masses." Okay, so Bubba wouldn't throw that last part in...it would have been more like a "WooHoo!" (which loosely translates into "What a wonderful celebration for the commoner!")

Now if we could only build a city-owned mud bog for the mud drags, that would be heaven.
