Steppin' Out For A Smoke

Hey, sometimes you just need a stiff drink and a smoke....on the veranda...

Smokers have been run off from all but the most inhospitable areas, so it is natural for this lady to compulsively head outside for a puff or two. She only forgot one thing, at 500mph @45,000 feet, there is not enough oxygen to burn that cigarette...and trying to get it lit in that wind would be a nightmare....well, unless you were using a Zippo....
