An Extremely Low Bar

From way down under, this story reports that an Australian jury has been told that "...it would be unfair to reason that Peter Falconio's alleged murderer was a man of bad character because he ran illegal drugs across the country."

Kind of makes you wonder exactly what DOES make a person "of bad moral character"?
