This is getting ridiculous

This is a pitiful state of affairs. When we, as a society, get so damn lazy that we can't even muster the energy to walk... we have gone too far.

This article doesn't even mention that this "trend" is a bad thing, rather it makes scooter driving appear to be something to asipire to....

To follow on after the article about the fact that medical equipment isn't "super sized", this article never mentions (or at least only in passing) that Americans SHOULD NOT be like this. This is not, as the article headline states, a "lifestyle choice". It is pure laziness - which I suppose IS a lifestyle choice, but not one that should be admired, fostered or even tolerated.

Scooter riders, their ads suggest, are active, fun and maybe even a little mischievous.

Huh? We buy this marketing crap?

This is so sad.... but then again, this is the WAL-MART, Supersized, Combo Meal Eating, Video Gaming generation... wait... no it isn't.... these are the folks who are old enough to supposedly know better.

I am so sad for America.
