The Play Stands

On further review of the law, Seth over at the Motley Fool does make some good points, such as where did the 8% number come from and why that number isn't tied to any metrics (i.e. it is just a number that can be applied by the businesses in any manner they want)? However, I still can't help but wonder why seemingly (and usually) right-on-the-money analysts keep having a collective "stiffy" for the God of Commerce.

This really doesn't make me hate the Wal-Martization of the World any less. It just makes me wonder what the real solution to the problem (and yes, Virginia - or Maryland as the case may be - there is a problem) ...

This will require further thought... which I am not willing to give to the topic right now.... I have already expended my daily allotment... tomorrow... tomorrow... tomorrow... you're always a day away....
