A Glimpse Into The Past

My brother scanned the old photos in our family's Bible and shared a few with me. As I looked through the images, I saw similar faces - with very different backgrounds (from me at least). My family came from the coal mining areas of Alabama and Tennessee. They worked hard for whatever they had... and you can see it in their faces... in their body language...

The one I liked the most was a photo labeled only "Pete":


He looks so young and full of life... I need to find out more about "Pete".
