Could It Be Possible To Care Less
I normally don't bother popping over to the celebrity rag pages....but the whole Scientology craze has gotten me confused. How can a person actually believe what the basic tenets of this "religion" are? These folks have had enough on the ball to get multi-milion dollar contracts for...acting....and yet, they believe this crap....
So I found myself reading the celebrity gossip page....and now I was reminded why I don't. These people have no grasp on reality.
“It has been an amazing event and it is even more amazing that Tom has brought Katie,” a source told ContactMusic.com. “It feels really good knowing that she is one of us now.” Cruise is rumored to have donated more than $3.6 million to Scientology.
"One of us..."? Holy crap! These people can't be real. Tom Cruise donates $3.6 million...to a stupid cult....Hey Tom, how about throwing just the $0.1 million at me....I will give you eternal salvation at a discount price!
Madonna wasn’t a very good patient. “I had to be rushed to the hospital [after falling from her horse] and have a thousand X-rays and I was totally in denial. I was screaming at the nurses; they weren’t very happy with me,” she said, reports the Irish Examiner. “I just thought: ‘Oh God, the rest of my summer’s ruined, I won’t be able to dance anymore, I won’t be able to do yoga anymore. How long will I be an invalid and incapacitated?’ I just freaked out.”
Oh Good Lord! Whiny, overpaid actress/musician types should be happy that they have pulled one over on society and just stop whining!
I am going back to the real world that I live in where I don't jet off to Europe to party with my fellow cult members....the same real world where if I yell at the nurse in the emergency room, I get refused service....
Who are these people...and why does anyone ever care what they say? Makes you REALLY wonder about the folks that actually listen to them on things that really matter...Yep, I trust Madonna to tell me who my President should be....she lives on my planet...she feels the pain I feel...she understands what it is like to work for a living....Tom Cruise knows what it is like to look at his paycheck and see that bite that FICA takes....and worry how he is going to make the house payment....pay the electric bill....eat....
Yep...I think I might turn over a new leaf....I will live my live by celebrity guidance! They are such good role models! Hold on...gotta call the water company....crap...the real world found me!

How about the ACTUAL real world where you can be denied service in the emergency room because you don't have insurance....well behaved or not!
