The Entitlement Generation Is Upon Us!
Native Americans criticize Bush's silence
Okay, now I can see that some voice should come from the Whitehouse expressing sympathy for those who lost family in the recent school shooting - but to get outraged when no formal expression is offered?
I am afraid of where we are going to be as a society in a very short amount of time.

"If we were 'white', he would have said something..."This is just another example of the "entitlement" generation we have created. Yes, I think that what the kid did in Minnesota was a bad thing. Any time that one person takes another life for no apparent reason, it is bad. Personally, I feel for the families affected, but I can't worry if the President should say something about it. A friend of mine was killed in a car accident a few years back. It was tragic and senseless. However, using this line of reasoning, I guess I should be upset that the President didn't personally express his sorrow - and my friend was even white, so of course the President SHOULD have said something...
