Something Is Not Right

This seems a little too cut-and dry to me. Good student, nothing prior, no militant associations - who tries a haphazard terrorist attack... hmmmm...

However, if he isn't changed with a federal "hate" crime, then there is no justice. Remember, no justice, no peace...or something like that.
