Way To Go Big Business! Ruin The World!

Let's take something that has revolutionized the planet - in a good way - and stifle its use by applying fees to its use. That way, we can rest assured that all of those third world (and China) internet users who need to have free access to information from outside their oppressed corner of the world... can get it all.... ooops.... no.... they will be needing cash, so sorry.... no freedom of information for them (the key word being "free").

This is corporate greed at its worst... well, okay maybe not its worst per se... but pretty damn bad.

Is there no end? When is enough, enough? What are decent revenue streams.... and profit margins? I guess after taking a beating in the late 90's, the telecoms are going to show us that paybacks suck.... by ruining the world..... way to go big business, give yourself a pat on the back!
